Your Move Plymouth Acquires Barton Wykes to Expand Lettings Portfolio

Your Move Plymouth, part of the Edward Rose Property Group (ERPG) led by franchise partner David Vertannes, has announced the acquisition of Barton Wykes, a well-established lettings agency in Plymouth. The move adds 161 landlords to the Your Move Plymouth portfolio and marks another milestone in ERPG's strategic growth across the South West.

The acquisition was completed in partnership with Your Move Estate Agency Franchising's Assisted Acquisitions Programme, following a smooth transition from Barton Wykes owners Max and Kate Strelling, who are retiring after years of dedicated service to the local lettings market. Jo Drake, manager at Barton Wykes, will continue her role and join the Your Move Plymouth team, ensuring continuity and a familiar face for landlords.
