Your Move franchise partner Oliver Hurren has acquired Suffolk lettings agency Your Property Solutions, adding a managed portfolio of 125 landlord properties to Your Move Beccles.
The transaction is the eighth acquisition completed by Oliver's Your Move franchise business in the past 18 months. Oliver owns four Your Move branches in Suffolk.
Your Property Solutions owners John and Shirley-Ann Carter are retiring from the lettings industry while continuing to operate their financial services business.
Oliver said: “We are delighted to announce our latest acquisition in Beccles, which demonstrates the first-class service our team continues to provide to our customers.”
“John and Shirley can rest assured, as they step back from the lettings industry, that our team will continue the legacy they've built and deliver high-quality services to their landlord portfolio.”
The deal was supported by the LSL Estate Agency Franchising Assisted Acquisitions Programme. The programme helps franchise partners identify suitable businesses, assess value, complete due diligence, arrange finance and onboard acquired customers.
Kate Ashley-Ives, Franchise Director at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, said: “It has been a pleasure to support Oliver and his team with their latest acquisition, their eighth in the past 18 months, which is a testament to the team's hard work and the market-leading service they deliver.”
She added that the franchising team looks forward to supporting Oliver as he explores further opportunities to grow across the region.
It pays to be with Your Move
