Your Move Edward Rose expands into the South West with Devon Rose acquisition

Continuity for landlords and tenants

The business was acquired from Julie Spayne and Neil Spayne as they retire. Existing team members Lorna, Elaine and Vicky will remain in place to support landlords and tenants through the transition.

David Vertannes, Director at Edward Rose Property Group, said: “This is another exciting step for us. Devon Rose has built a fantastic reputation locally, and we're pleased to be able to continue that legacy while bringing the additional support and scale of the Your Move network.”

“Maintaining continuity for landlords was a key priority, and we're delighted that the team is staying on.”

Fifth supported acquisition

The acquisition was supported by the LSL Estate Agency Franchising Assisted Acquisitions team, marking the fifth time Edward Rose Property Group has worked with the team to grow its business. Kate Ashley Ives, Franchise Director at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, said: “Edward Rose Property Group has a proven track record of successful acquisitions, and this latest move into Dawlish demonstrates both their ambition and the strength of the Your Move franchise model.”
