Edward Rose Property Group a franchise partner of Your Move, is expanding its business through a lettings acquisition with the purchase of Team 2 Property Management, an established lettings business serving the local Torquay and Torbay area.
The acquisition will see a lettings portfolio of over 560 landlords, previously with Team 2 Estate Agents, join the Edward Rose Property Group’s Your Move network expanding its coverage across Devon.
The Your Move franchise partner, Edward Rose Property Group, operates on the South West and South Coast with six Your Move branches.
The acquisition forms part of Your Move Franchising’s ambitious growth plans, that see it investing in its existing franchisees to grow market share and expand into new territories.
