National Home Move has acquired Your Move Margate from Patrick McConnell through the LSL Estate Agency Franchising branch resale programme.
The programme enables franchise partners to acquire established branches when their existing owners are ready to sell or retire, supporting continuity for customers and branch teams.
National Home Move operates Your Move and Reeds Rains branches and is expanding its presence across Kent through the acquisition.
Your Move has an established branch network across Kent, including locations in Ramsgate, Sittingbourne, Sheerness and Ashford.
Matthew McCreath, Managing Director of National Home Move, welcomed the Margate team to the wider business and said extending its presence across Kent was a natural next step.
He also thanked the LSL Estate Agency Franchising team for supporting the transaction and wished Patrick well for his next chapter.
The resale programme is designed to help outgoing owners find a suitable buyer while giving other franchise partners the opportunity to grow through an established branch, team and local customer base.
Take a look at National Home Moves’ Matthew McCreath and how he finds being a Your Move franchise owner.
