Your Move Torquay Expands with Harmony Property Rentals Acquisition and New Sales Division

Edward Rose Property Group has announced another successful acquisition with the purchase of Harmony Property Rentals, adding 150 managed properties to the Your Move Torquay portfolio. This strategic move marks the third major acquisition for Edward Rose Property Group and second one in Torquay.

The integration of Harmony Property Rentals, previously owned by Anthony Cassidy, will see the portfolio merged into the existing Your Move Torquay operations. As part of this expansion, the branch is relocating to a new central location on Torwood Street, just steps from Torquay Marina. In addition, Your Move Torquay is launching a residential sales division, further broadening its service offering to the local community.

With this new acquisition, Your Move Torquay now supports 640 landlords, reinforcing its position as the premier destination for property management in the area. New landlords joining the branch will benefit from enhanced services including access to Your Move’s landlord portal and market-leading Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Insurance.
