The Landlords’ section of the MyMove account is particularly useful as Landlords can see the status of their let and download statements at any time. At Your Move the solution is never one-size fits all. We have many 1 branch franchises and several multi-branch franchises; some Franchisees started out by buying the business from the parent company; others by converting a local branch; and still more from a cold start. Some Franchisees were experienced estate agents, some local business entrepreneurs with no specific experience in estate agency. In all cases however, we do expect prospective Franchisees to have sufficient resources to be able to fund the investment themselves. All franchisees have access to a Business Development Manager who will work with you from day one. They can provide advice to help grow your business including acquisitions of lettings portfolios. LSL have considerable acquisitions experience and if you are keen to grow your business via acquisition the teams can be on hand to help. Over the years we have developed a tried and tested due diligence process. We can help with negotiation, the legal process as well as helping integrate the acquisition into your existing business. In addition to this Your Move will provide compliance help and advice with supporting documents to help you get on with running your business

Thanks to the scale of Your Move – and the other franchise businesses in the LSL portfolio, we are able to negotiate favourable rates with many suppliers, including portals (Rightmove/Zoopla) which enables our Franchisees to make considerable savings in several areas including Marketing, Operations and Property Technology.

Your Move partners with REAPIT which is the original end to end Technology Platform for estate agents of all sizes. We will assist with setting you up on the Reapit platform and facilitate training as required. Reapit opens itself to many other property technology partners which gives Franchisees a breadth of options - all of which can be seamlessly integrated with the central data.

Within the Your Move support team we can offer support with managing your premises at the point of set-up, including the lease, dilaps and facilities.
